Join me in my garden for the ONGOING Tuesday Embodied Mindfulness Circle

Every Tuesday at 12:05 pm EST on zoom

Each Tuesday, we gather online for a uplifting circle that includes a weekly astrological overview, centering practice, embodied movement, guided meditation, open sharing, and a weekly oracle message.

Your Weekly Reset for Balance, Connection, and Inner Cal

Join me in my garden in San Miguel de Allende via Zoom for a weekly pause and centering

This circle was born in 2020, at the dawn of the pandemic—a time when many of us longed for connection, calm, and meaning. What began as a simple gathering to breathe, move, and be together has blossomed into a steady sanctuary of presence and community.

If you’re longing for a midday pause, a space to breathe deeply, gently stretch, and quieten the mind join us.

There’s no cost, no registration, and no pressure—just a welcoming space, open to all.

SIGN UP for the Tuesday Newsletter TO get the zoom link in your inbox.

This Circle is hosted every  two weeks by an International Platform and is joined by Meditators all over the world.

Make sure to check the Tuesday email to find out to use the correct link.

Make sure to subscribe to the newsletter to receive the Zoom link, weekly updates, and access to discounted astrology readings.

Come reset, breathe, and reconnect.

POEM

Silk on my skin

I am your ancestress.

I can see right through you.

I love the touch of silk on my skin.

I like to sparkle.

You may think this is frivolous.I love my body.

Now.

There has been loss and betrayal.

In the long line of the women

I come from.

Yes. That is true.

My grandmother took her shoes off

on the way to church.

She walked barefoot.

In the depth of winter.

This is the way she said No.

Without words.

Wild like an animal.

Other women envied her.

She was free.

Her blood runs through me.

I carry that silence in me.

And it has taught me to speak.
