For over 30 years, I have worked closely with women as a teacher, guide, coach, astrologer, and embodied mindfulness practitioner, supporting them through life changes, grief, awakening, relationship questions, spiritual exploration, and the deeper passages of becoming.
My work is rooted not only in professional training, but also in my own long-standing spiritual practice, embodied life experience, strong feminine intuition, and devotion to the sacred.
Together, we may use astrology, mindfulness, embodiment practices, and reflective coaching to help you understand your birth chart, current transits, life patterns, relationships, and important decisions.
This work is especially for those who long to explore their soul path, deepen their trust and wisdom, validate their spiritual experiences, and feel more connected to multidimensionality, the natural world, animals, and the unseen dimensions of life.
When we lose our way, connecting to our birth chart feels like finding a long lost treasure providing us with a precious map of guidance.
We are now moving through times of rapid change, profound uncertainty and extraordinary expansion of consciousness.
More and more people are exploring their soul journey and evolution, past-life memories, karmic patterns in relationships and the deeper meaning of the lives they are living.
Experiences with plant medicine, shamanic journeying, connecting with spirit guides and the wisdom of ancient civilizations have opened new doorways of inquiry and integration for myself and many others.
I am excited to meet my clients in this expanded space — a space of deep questions, healing, awe, and awakening, where the personal and the cosmic begin to speak to each other.
