About Me
“For over 30 years I have held sacred space—in yoga and meditation classes, retreats, teacher trainings, women’s circles and in the intimate realm of astrology and coaching. These years have become a tapestry woven from the countless stories, struggles, and awakenings of others. Each person I’ve accompanied has been both mirror and teacher, revealing ever deeper layers of what it means to be fully, tenderly human.”
I was born in Rome, Italy, to a German-Italian family.
After attending the German School of Rome, I went on to study at the HFF Film School in Munich, Germany. I returned to Rome to complete a degree in anthropology at the University of Rome “La Sapienza,” writing my thesis on the history and changes in a Pueblo reservation in New Mexico.
In the late ’80s and ’90s, I worked as a journalist and television producer, first in New York City and later in London for RAI (Italian Television) and the BBC.
It was in London that I started my inner journey: I discovered astrology, started practicing yoga, studied psychosynthesis at the London Institute of Psychosynthesis and where I connected to the Order of Bards, Ovates, and Druids.
Since then I have never stopped studying, getting certified as a yoga teacher, advanced yoga teacher, mindfulness teacher, and death doula.
In 1997 I moved to Western New York to live on my husband’s farm and founded Healing Waters, a yoga and healing arts studio in East Aurora. For 20 years, it became a thriving community hub for embodiment, healing, and spiritual practice.
Astrology has always been front and center in my life. Over the years, I have deepened my understanding through seminars and trainings in psychological and evolutionary astrology. I also completed a year-long intensive in Hellenistic astrology with Adam Elenbaas, further grounding my practice in ancient wisdom.
During my two decades as the director of Healing Waters, I taught multiple yoga classes each week and facilitated stress reduction courses and mindfulness circles.
I designed and led four year-long yoga teacher training programs and developed a comprehensive curriculum for a Mindfulness facilitator training.
I facilitated three six-month mindfulness training courses, supporting participants in deepening their personal and professional practice.
In addition, I served as a stress reduction consultant for the employees of Erie County, offering tools for resilience and well-being in demanding environments, for 8 years.
I have always strongly believed in the power of one-on-one mentorship. For seven years, I volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters, offering guidance and presence to teenage girls.
Since letting go of Healing Waters in 2017, I’ve continued my work online, now based in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, where I have been living with my husband and our three dogs since 2023.
My spiritual path has evolved over the years — from decades of immersion in Yoga and Tibetan Buddhism to a profound return to my first love: Celtic spirituality, shamanism, and the ways of the sacred feminine. In 2023, I was initiated in Glastonbury, UK as a Priestess in the Avalonian tradition , a joyful homecoming to a lineage I’ve always felt in my bones.
I am also currently deepening my astrological studies with the Stellar Mystery school in Avalon, connecting to an ancient lineage of Star priestesses.
From 2020 to 2024, I taught One Year to Live — a yearlong journey exploring how life can transform when we live with death as a teacher.
“My aim is to I offer a sanctuary in my sessions, a place where you can exhale, and remember your innate gifts and accept your struggles.
Together, we bring compassion to the unseen corners: the blind spots, the well-worn patterns that no longer serve. With insight as our compass, we chart a course toward a more vibrant, aligned life.
The path is rarely straight; it twists, circles back, and at times—especially in sorrow or upheaval—it may seem to vanish altogether.
My role is to walk beside you, holding a lantern, as you discover the thread of your truest, most heartfelt way.”
