Eight-Session Coaching Journey
An immersive and transformative coaching process designed to address and shift deep-seated patterns. Across eight sessions, you are guided through a process of self-inquiry, reflection, and realignment. After each session, you receive a personalized follow-up email with reflections, practices, and a symbolic metaphor representing your current state of being and the emerging new state you are moving toward. Mentoring for Yoga Teachers and Studio Owners
Drawing on over two decades of experience as founder and director of The Healing Waters Center for Yoga, Contemplation & Healing Arts in New York, I offer mentoring sessions for Yoga teachers and studio owners seeking guidance in deepening their teaching, refining their leadership, or navigating the practical and spiritual challenges of running a Yoga center. During my 20 years as director, I managed a staff of 11 teachers and healers, led multiple nine-month Yoga Teacher Training programs, and designed and taught a six-month Mindfulness Facilitator curriculum. My mentoring sessions provide a grounded, heart-centered space and support to the extraordinary task of leading a yoga/ mindfulness community. These sessions are an opportunity to receive guidance and support and explore professional growth, interpersonal challenges, curriculum design and teacher development and management.
